Jacksonville
and other North East Florida communities have some of
the best beaches and water access in the state. Wide,
white sand beaches, beautiful inlets and the St Johns
River provide great kitesurfing, surfing, kayaking and
fishing. Because so much of our community’s focus
is on the water many long-standing area business cater
to people enjoying an aquatic lifestyle. Visitors to
our area will have no problem finding top-notch service,
entertainment or lodging. After a long day at the beach
nothing is better than a good meal and a comfortable
room. And, when you are ready to jump back into the
water some of the best shops are they’re to outfit
you with the latest gear and surf wear. Don’t

OCEAN
EXTREME SPORTS Well,
there is only one, but it’s the best one on
the east coast! For
any gear or products related to kitesurfing contact
Extreme Kites in St. Augustine. If they don’t
have it you probably don’t need it! Daryl,

Less than a mile from Huguenot Park they are the
closest surf shop to where we train. The friendly
service of this small, family owned shop will make

EAST
Across the river in Neptune Beach you will find
the area's largest surf shop. From backpacks to
surfboards, sunglasses to Flip-flops these guys

Hungry? Nicole’s is the place to

adventure. They are located just a few blocks west
